Delta Awards to Saudi Arabia Start at 30,000 SkyMiles
Delta is launching nonstop Atlanta-to-Riyadh service on October 23, 2026, with round-trip award pricing starting at 30,000 SkyMiles plus $77 in taxes—or 25,500 miles if you hold a Delta card and claim the 15% rebate. The sale window runs October 23 through April 15, 2027, giving you six months of availability instead of the typical launch-week flash.
The catch: 30,000 buys you Main Basic cabin, which strips out checked bags, seat assignments until check-in, miles earning, and upgrade eligibility. If you were already planning a Saudi Arabia trip, the pricing is solid. Otherwise, factor in the restrictions.

Qatar Airways Launches Monthly Avios Discount Sales
Qatar Airways Privilege Club is introducing recurring monthly deals with 25% off select Economy and Business awards. The first batch runs through August 14 for travel August 5–September 30, 2026, on Qatar-operated flights only. Sample fares: Jakarta-Doha Business at 45,000 Avios (down from 60,000), or Berlin-Doha at 32,250 (down from 43,000).
The rollout is rough—no dedicated landing page, broken award calendars, search-only access. Worth checking if you're already considering Doha connections, but the technical friction suggests waiting for a cleaner second wave.

OnePay Gas Savings: $1 Per Gallon Every Wednesday
OnePay is stacking $1 or more per gallon cashback on gas purchases every Wednesday through September 15, 2026, at over 18,000 stations nationwide. The offer stacks with OnePay's standard gas cashback and any monthly category bonus you've selected. Activation happens via the app's Rewards section.
Genuinely useful if you already bank with OnePay and refuel mid-week. The $50 sign-up bonus exists, but this promotion alone doesn't justify overhauling your banking setup.

PayPal Credit Card Hit With Surprise Redemption Fees
PayPal credit cardholders are reporting undisclosed fees when redeeming rewards to their PayPal balance. PayPal and issuer Synchrony are each denying responsibility. The likely culprit is a bug introduced when PayPal recently killed the cashback-to-PayPal redemption pathway.
Avoid PayPal balance redemptions until this resolves. Redirect rewards elsewhere for now.

Qatar Airways Cardholders Earn 3x Avios on Rent via Bilt
U.S. Qatar Airways Visa Signature and Infinite cardholders can now earn 3 Avios per dollar on rent paid through Bilt, capped at $50,000 annually—up to 150,000 Avios per year at the ceiling. This mirrors similar offers from United and Alaska through Bilt.
The math question: whether Bilt's standard 3% transaction fee applies here. If you already hold the Qatar card and pay rent via Bilt, run the numbers before treating this as free miles.
