Amazon Membership Rewards: Up to 50% Off (Targeted)
Amazon is running a targeted Membership Rewards conversion offer at checkout: 50% off up to $80, 40% off up to $40, or 15% off depending on your account. You'll need roughly 1,429 points minimum to trigger the discount, and any remaining balance charges to your card—meaning you can stack this with an existing $40 Amex Offer if you have one. The offer expires July 15.
The take: Check your account before checkout if you have an order queued. Don't expect the best tier; YMMV is real here.

Delta One to Europe: 115,000 Miles + $5.60
Delta has business class to 10 major European cities priced at 115,000 SkyMiles plus $5.60 one-way through late August. That seat normally costs close to 500,000 miles in summer. Availability is broad across July, August, and September, and the minimal fuel surcharge keeps total fees down.
The take: If you have the miles or can transfer from Amex Membership Rewards, book immediately. Delta's dynamic pricing will catch up.
American Airlines: San Francisco to Quebec City, $339 Roundtrip
American is selling SFO–YQB roundtrip for $339 all-in, with travel from late August through early September. This includes regular economy with carry-on and advance seat selection—a real perk when basic economy is now the floor elsewhere. Availability is extremely tight.
The take: Book only if you need this route and can move in the next 24–48 hours. Advance-purchase requirement (7 days) and limited inventory mean this moves fast.

Virgin Atlantic Upper Class to London: 23,000 Points Effective
Virgin Atlantic Flying Club is pricing Upper Class one-way to London from East Coast cities at 29,000 points. With transfer bonuses from Amex and Capital One running through July 31, you can book for 23,000. Taxes are around $700. Availability is solid with up to 9 seats on many dates.
The take: Real value if you're already planning a U.K. trip and have transferable points. The tax bill stings, but the redemption rate is strong.

Chase Freedom Flex: Cell Phone Protection Removed
Chase is quietly eliminating cell phone protection from the Chase Freedom Flex® card, effective September 19. There was no cardmember notification—the company simply updated the benefits guide. For a no-annual-fee card, this was one of the few legitimately useful perks.
The take: If you've relied on this coverage, you have two months to find a replacement. The Freedom Flex is now just a rotating-category cashback card.

Steal of the Day: Target Baby Essentials Offer
Target is offering a $20 gift card with $100 spend on baby items (diapers, wipes, etc.). Some accounts are also seeing an additional $10–$20 in Target Circle rewards at certain spend thresholds, potentially stacking to $30 total rewards.

Card of the Day: Amex Platinum → Finnair Avios → Hawaii First Class
American Express Platinum cardholders can transfer points to Finnair and book lie-flat first class to Hawaii on Alaska/Hawaiian's 787 for 26,000 Avios each way—versus 62,500 American miles on the same product. Strong arbitrage if you haven't burned your Amex points yet.
